An EU funded project focusing on Gamified Training for Successful Commercialization of Young SMEs’ Innovation

The main aim of the Inn-Commerce project is to foster commercialization of young SMEs’ innovation by improving their knowledge and skills in promoting and marketing innovative products or services through gamified training, specifically tailored to their needs. Funded through the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Strategic Partnership programme, the two year project is running from September 2016 until August 2018 and is tackling the challenge young SMEs face in commercialization of innovative products and services. Through a mix of  partners, ranging from universities, chamber of commerce, research institute, consultancy company and training organisation, the consortium will complete the following actions:

  • Develop e-learning content and curriculum addressing the challenges young SMEs face in commercialization of innovative products and services;
  • Provide young SMEs with an open educational resource complete with learning materials on the innovation process with special focus on commercialization of innovation;
  • Deliver clear guidelines for young SMEs and C-VET institutions on using the developed materials and resources in their practice;
  • Collect SMEs’ best practices in applying successful marketing strategies for commercialization of innovative products and services.
